What is the time period within which I can ask for a Return or replacement?
Items shipped from MobAsh can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Why some of the products are irreplaceable or non-refundable after just 7 or 14 days?
Nature of these products render them irreplaceable or non-refundable quicker than other products whose replacement/refund deadline is 30 days. It is a universal practice among online retailers and shopping portals to reduce the deadline of return/replacement for special products.

What kind of products are non-returnable/non refundable?
Following products fall into the category of non-returnable/non-refundable products:are such products those deemed to contain or use hazardous material due to safety hazards. Item(s) that use flammable liquids or gasses cannot be returned via mail, even if the material has drained out of the item(s). Please Note: Some individual item(s) that are explained in their products details such as health and personal care item(s), jewelry item(s), certain adult products, or perfumes and fragrances are non-returnable as well. How do i return or get replacement for an ordered product?
It is advised that you check the product as soon as you receive it from courier service. If you want to return it or need a replacement, call immediately at (+1) 678 335 9119.

If your product arrives damaged, defective in some way or it's not the product according to our listing we offer a “Hassle-free Photo Return Process” to speed replacement. Here's how:

  • Take a digital photo of your damaged/defective/wrong product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  • Attach your photos to an email and send them to us with a brief description. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s).
  • We will provide you the necessary instructions regarding returns, which could be Return Label sent or a pick up arranged with an RMA number provided.
Is there any additional charges for making return or replacement?
No extra payment have to be paid if you received a product that is damaged/defective/wrong according to product description.

How long will it take to get the replacement?
We have a fast track replacement procedure at MobAsh After getting visual confirmation from customer for a damaged/defective/wrong item, we place an order for replacement on behalf of our customer.

What if i don’t like the product/have no need of the product any more?
In case an order is not damaged/defective/Wrong, MobAsh still provides replacement for such a product. But we do not provide refunds for such products. In case of replacement, a restocking fee of up to 20% can be charged from the customer. Customer has to also pay for Return shipping charges in such a case.

What happens if I send back the product for replacement without authorization from MobAsh ?
We take no responsibility for safe delivery of such product at our Warehouse. We will be unable to track the product, so we take no responsibility for such replacement/return.

I sent back the product using the address on the sale invoice/address label that i recieved with my Order?
MobAsh takes no responsibility for such unauthorized return/replacement.
